Wallet Policy

Last updated: April 24, 2026

This Wallet Policy explains how the Tradesera Wallet works for eligible users of Tradesera challenge accounts. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Participant Agreement, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Risk Disclosure.

1. Wallet Purpose

The Tradesera Wallet is an internal ledger used to track eligible credits and payout requests for your user account. It is designed to support transparent accounting, controlled payout processing, and faster reuse of eligible funds on the platform.

2. What the Wallet Is Not

3. How Funds Become Available in Wallet

Wallet credits may be created only after internal review of challenge activity and compliance requirements. Tradesera may review items including rule adherence, account integrity checks, identity/tax status, payment settlement status, and fraud/risk controls before credits become available.

4. Wallet Uses

5. Wallet Payout Requests

Wallet payout requests are subject to review and may require additional documentation. Current payout methods are:

If you choose to connect a payout destination through an approved provider for payout setup or wallet-related payment services, you authorize Tradesera and that provider to collect, process, and store bank account information needed for account verification, payout processing, fraud prevention, compliance review, and support. Tradesera does not receive or store your online banking login credentials.

Approved payouts are processed using the payout method selected in your account and supported by our providers. The payout workflow is generally: request submitted -> compliance/risk review -> approved -> sent -> paid or failed. Processing timelines are estimates and may vary by banking rails, provider reviews, weekends, and holidays.

6. Operational Payout Rules

7. Verification and Compliance Requirements

Tradesera may require identity verification, tax forms, ownership matching for payout destination, sanctions screening, AML checks, and other compliance controls prior to payout. Requests with mismatched ownership details may be delayed, denied, or canceled.

8. Holds, Delays, and Rejections

Tradesera may place a hold or reject a wallet credit or payout request where there is a compliance, fraud, chargeback, technical, legal, or policy concern. Where appropriate, we may request additional documents or provide next-step instructions through account notices or support communication.

9. Adjustments and Reversals

We may correct ledger errors, reverse duplicate or erroneous credits, offset unresolved obligations, and apply chargeback-related or policy-related adjustments as permitted by applicable law and our Terms.

10. Fees

Tradesera may apply wallet or payout-related fees as disclosed at request time. Third-party processors and banks may also apply their own fees, currency conversion charges, or receiving charges outside Tradesera's control.

11. Account Restriction or Closure

If your account is restricted or terminated under our Terms, wallet functions may be limited. Any treatment of remaining wallet balance will be handled according to applicable law, provider constraints, and Tradesera policy.

12. Policy Changes

We may update this Wallet Policy from time to time. Updates become effective when posted. Continued use of the Services after posting indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
