Challenge Purchases

Challenge fees are generally non-refundable once a challenge has started or platform access has been granted.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support within 7 calendar days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve valid claims.

You may stop participating at any time. Stopping participation does not automatically create a refund unless required by law.

Tradesera may grant refunds for clear billing errors, system outages, or exceptional situations at its sole discretion.
