Rithmic

Before you start: use a member-owned Rithmic login issued by your broker or prop firm. The system selector mirrors the approved provider-issued Rithmic catalog, including Test, Paper, production, and prop-firm systems. Tradesera does not provision or alter Rithmic accounts.

1. Select the exact Rithmic system shown by your provider.
2. Enter the provider-issued username and password through the secure connection form.
3. Review the discovered read-only accounts, then choose Copier and Journal uses separately.

Watch for: a system mismatch will fail authorization, and some providers restrict simultaneous sessions. Account discovery does not enable order routing, Journal history, or ranking by itself. Never send credentials to support.

Tradovate

Before you start: choose Demo or Live to match the account you intend to connect.

1. Start from Tradesera and choose the environment.
2. Authorize only on the provider-hosted page.
3. Return to review discovered accounts and enable their uses separately.

Watch for: Tradesera will not ask for your Tradovate password in the Portal. Reauthorization must also use the provider-hosted flow.

NinjaTrader

Before you start: confirm whether the account is Demo or Live and that it will be eligible for NinjaTrader OAuth access.

1. Choose the matching environment in Tradesera.
2. Sign in and approve access on NinjaTrader’s provider-hosted OAuth page.
3. Return to inspect account discovery before enabling copying, Journal, or verification.

Watch for: NinjaTrader remains Coming soon. Tradesera will not collect your NinjaTrader password; expired authorization must be renewed with the provider.

DxFeed

Before you start: confirm that the credentials belong to a supported trading connection, not a market-data-only login.

1. Review the requested read and execution scopes.
2. Authorize through the approved secure connection flow.
3. Confirm discovered accounts and capability eligibility.

Watch for: a successful login does not prove order, fill, or execution access. Never send credentials to support.

ProjectX

This guide takes you from ProjectX preparation to a safe first simulation test. Have the exact broker, platform username, an active ProjectX API subscription, and a newly generated API key ready.

1. Open the correct platform account and use Settings > API > Link Account.
2. Generate a dedicated API key for Tradesera and copy it directly.
3. In Tradesera, open Copy Trading > TSR Copier > Providers, choose ProjectX, and select Connect or Add connection.
4. Choose the broker, name the connection, and enter the exact platform username and API key in secure authorization.
5. Confirm connection health, review discovered accounts, and enable leader, follower, and Journal uses separately.

Prevent duplicate orders: configure brackets on the leader only. On every follower, choose Position Brackets and leave take-profit and stop-loss blank. Never run the ProjectX internal copier on accounts assigned to TSR Copier.

Watch for: Tradesera routes only leader events and order types permitted by the saved contract mapping. Test entries, targets, stops, partial fills, and flattening in simulated accounts first. Never send an API key to support.

TradeSea

Before you start: complete TradeSea's account setup and use the member-owned Rithmic credentials issued for that account. Choose the exact provider-issued system from the shared Rithmic catalog. Tradesera does not provision the account.

1. Select the exact Rithmic system associated with the TradeSea account.
2. Enter the provider-issued login through the secure connection form.
3. Review discovered accounts; private Journal capture is included automatically and can be excluded per account.

Watch for: incomplete upstream onboarding or a system mismatch will block authorization. Account discovery never enables order routing or public ranking publication. Never send credentials to support.
