What can I use for free?
Your Free Account includes a profile, Academy, simulated Practice, Trade Plan, simulated Journal, Weekly Matches, World Tour, and ranking sync for eligible external accounts. The Advanced Charts Terminal is also free. You can keep your Free Account without choosing a paid membership.
Does the free Terminal include market data?
The software is free to access. Real-time data, exchange fees, and account permissions are arranged separately with the relevant provider. See our market-data details.
What is a connection versus a Copier account?
A connection is a provider login that may contain several trading accounts. Copier capacity counts accounts used by the Copier, including leaders and followers. Connecting supported accounts for rankings does not, by itself, use paid Copier capacity.
Can I use ATS without a membership?
Yes. ATS Starter is $10 per month with a Free Account, Basic, or Pro. It includes one active strategy, one automated account, five saved strategies, a limited visual builder, and starter backtesting capacity. Elite and Elite Plus include expanded ATS capacity without an additional Starter subscription.
How do Copier Capacity Packs work?
Each pack adds two Copier accounts for $5 per month to a Free Account or Basic. For example, Basic plus one pack is $24 per month for 12 accounts. Pro includes 20 accounts; Elite and Elite Plus include 50. Packs do not add external Journal access or membership benefits.
What does Elite Plus add?
Elite Plus includes everything in Elite, plus one Rithmic Paper Trading login, historical replay, strategy backtesting, a challenge simulator, private training results and analytics, and a Journal handoff. Paper access follows the applicable provider agreements and permissions.
Do I need an Event Pass to compete?
Base participation in Weekly Matches and World Tour is free. A $15 Competitive Event Pass lets a Free Account opt into the benefits of one published funded event. Basic, Pro, Elite, and Elite Plus include that opt-in at no additional event fee. Everyone must enroll and meet the published rules; payment never changes the field, scoring, or award.
What comes with a Competitive Event Pass?
Cash-reward eligibility under the event rules, a performance report, a permanent participant record, completion recognition when earned, a scenario reveal and execution replay, and seven days of advanced event analytics. You also receive a $15 credit toward your first membership, valid for seven days after the event and with no cash value. Tradesera or a disclosed sponsor fixes and funds rewards before enrollment.
How do billing and plan changes work?
Memberships, ATS Starter, and Capacity Packs are billed monthly in USD. Event Passes are purchased per event. Configurations add up the standard component prices. The billing provider calculates any applicable proration for mid-period changes. Moving to Elite or Elite Plus removes the separate ATS Starter renewal.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel renewal from your account billing area. Paid access continues until the end of the applicable period. Refunds and event cancellation deadlines follow our refund policy and the published event terms.
